还记得2008的发生金融海啸之后，美国政府在10月、11月份立刻提列了7000亿美元的救市方案，奥巴马总统上任之后也提出了8190亿美元救市方案。美国政府提列的7000亿美元目前已经用了3500亿，而这3500亿当中95%都用在金融系统中， 也就是把这些钱直接向银行等大型金融机构注资，目前注资的银行等差不多有200家，其中AIG注资了378亿美元，花旗银行注资了250亿美元。同样三大汽车公司也陷入困境，美国政府也从这7000亿里提列了1144亿美元，相信剩下的3500亿美金左右的资金也会陆续用在金融机构中。奥巴马总统所提列的8190亿美元的救市方案其中三分之一用在减税，因此只剩下6000亿不到的资金是要用在经济实体的救助方面，而且这个6000亿美元还要除以三，因为是一年提列2000亿美元，也说是在未来的三年当中每一年美国政府只能够支出2000亿美元来救助实体经济。

Due to the amount of pigments in the base (Pantone) colors, four-color process can not produce the colors you need. Standard PMS (spot) colors have 14 base colors where as CMYK (4 color process) have only four (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black).
While setting the artwork for plastic cards, you need to make sure the image extends to the edge of the card, a bleed of no less than 1.5mm should be used.A standard plastic card size is 85.5 x 54cm, so the artwork with bleed should be no less than 87mm x 55.5mm
